ASSI 2020 is Cancelled due to the global public health pandemic. If you have registered and paid any fees, we will be in touch with you to refund them. If you have registered and not paid fees, your registration will be cancelled.
Registration for ASSI 2020 is now open!
- Please fill in one registration form for each registrant.
- After submitting your registration form(s) on-line you will be directed to the registration fee page where you can pay your family registration fee (if you have already submitted your on-line form(s) please scroll down to link directly to the registration fee page).
- Regular registration fee for student and teacher programs – $100 per family
- STE families pay no registration fee for ASSI 2020. Please see below for more information on STE family registration.
- Once we have received both the electronic registration form(s) and registration fee (1 per family), your registration will be processed. Registration fees can be paid by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org, cheque (to STE), or for anyone registering from outside of Canada (or if you must pay by credit card) through PayPal (please let us know at email@example.com so we can send you a PayPal invoice as quickly as possible).
- Once your registration is processed you will receive an invoice for program tuition. Please pay this invoice before May 6 to avoid late payment penalties. You have several options for payment:
- pay by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org (this is the most economical and efficient)
- print the invoice and submit your payment by cheque or cash to the STE office
- if you are registering from outside Canada, or must use a credit card to pay your tuition – pay through PayPal.
- let us know by email at email@example.com if you need this option and we will email you a PayPal invoice for you.
- if you register before March 15 you may pay by post dated cheque in 5 instalments – March date on invoice, Apr. 1, May 1, Jun. 1, July 1.
STE Family Registrations
There is no registration fee for STE families. Instead, STE families pay 50% of their tuition fee as a non-refundable deposit to secure your registration. This must be paid at the time of registration by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or paid by cheque to STE and brought to the STE office. You will receive an invoice for the balance of the tuition once we have processed your registration.
Please include the name of the registrant(s) in the Message tab with the e-transfer, or on the memo line of the cheque, so that we can cross reference your payment with your registration.

Registrations submitted after May 6, will be considered if there is space in the program and subject to a $150 registration fee.
- If you have not submitted your tuition payment by May 6 your registration fee will be increased to $150.
