The core of ASSI 2024 are the masterclasses and group classes rooted in Suzuki repertoire.
Our music enrichment classes are designed to develop well rounded musicians with a breadth of experience that encompasses playing both composed and improvised music in many different styles.
This year we have 2 different music enrichment classes:
Creative Ability Development
Creative Ability Development classes develop the creative and self expressive side of our young musicians. Based in improvisation, students create their own music.
Fiddling
In the fiddling classes students learn tunes in a variety of traditional playing styles. Our fiddling classes are open to violin, viola, cello and bass players.
