If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, due to a bug with the browser, you might find that the "Submit" button on this page does not work. To fix this, please follow these steps:

1) From current window (Registration Page) complete below steps
2) Select "Tools" from the toolbar
3) Select "Compatibility View Settings" from the drop down menu
4) Select the "Add" button on right hand side of Compatibility View Settings window
5) Select Close button on bottom right hand side of Compatibility View Settings window
6) Reselect program(s) along with location and time
7) Select “Submit” button and complete registration information
