Sarah is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Enel X which is the global leader in demand-side flexibility services. Her primary responsibilities include market and governmental affairs in Ontario and Alberta.  Sarah has over 15-years’ experience in both Canada and the United States and has worked in the private and public sectors, including working for a Minister of Energy and at a leading Ontario utility.

Sarah actively participates in several power-sector committees and associations, such as the IESO’s Market Renewal and Demand Response working groups, and the AESO’s Capacity Market Design Working Group. She has also been a member of the New England Power Pool Participants Committee and currently is a member of the IESO’s Technical Panel.  Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours in politics from Queen’s University and a Master’s of Public Policy from the London School of Economics, specializing in network regulation.
